We could not stay at this hotel. The power went out in the area and the rooms were pitch black and no AC. We asked if we could get a refund and they said yes, but 3 call later. I get the I’ll have to get back with you answer.
The hotel is wonderful and we have stayed many times. The problem this time was that the entire hotel was out of electricity for several hours. Of course this was not the fault of the hotel; however, it certainly taints your visit. Other than that we love the hotel.
Remodeling on our floor made asthma flare up. Could hear baby crying in next room. Otherwise, beautiful hotel and great location. Loved the coffee bar and outdoor area!
Loved the stay at the hotel! Joe the bartender at the restaurant in the hotel was a blast to hang out with and talk too. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
