Good hotel, room was very clean, staff was helpful. Shuttle to Stockyards wasn't running and that was one reason we picked to stay here. Looks like there was nice renovation several years ago... its still nice but getting a little dated. Good water pressure in the shower but the tub drained so slowly that I was up to my ankles in water by the end and left a gross ring around the tub after.

The staff were friendly, and courteous. The rooms were ok a bit outdated, and a little gloomy. Some stains on the carpet and the peep hole was missing, as in we had to cover it up with sticky notes. However the customer service made up for it.

We were told house keeping would clean our room every day. It did not ever get cleaned. Trashes were full all around the facility. The door to our room was really hard to latch, so it felt very unsafe. The parking lot and outside was full of smokers so no matter where you walked, cigarette smoke was being blown in your face. The tv did not work well. I could go on and on. Not a good hotel at all.

Had a couple that had a dog barking all night they keep us up. I told the front desk and they did not do anything about it. They told me they were never told they had a dog on site if so they would have had them on a different floor. This is the 2nd time I had issues with the toilet not flushing. Been coming here for 9 years I notice a decline in service and maintenance.

Only complaint is that the beds are doubles and not queens. They're not presented as queens in the booking, I just think they should be queens.
