I came for the weekend with my family and we stayed 3 nights. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and welcoming. Checking into the room, my hushand said it was real nice so i just knew it was a score. The cleanliness was excellent. The house keepers were nice and friendless. The breakfast was delicious. So many options. If we are to come to TX again we will definitely be back. If you are visiting TX or passing through Springfield is the place to be.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and blared for over an hour, disrupting everyone’s sleep. This was absolute torture to say the least. To make matters worse, my air conditioner didn’t work, leaving the room unbearably hot. (Staff was able to accommodate this issue by putting me in another room.) The pull-out sofa was filthy, covered in crumbs, trash, and stains. I stepped in dog urine on the hallway floor, which was absolutely disgusting and had to dispose of my socks as a result. The bathroom was another disaster; it locked from the outside and the door didn’t latch properly, offering no privacy. To top it all off, kids were running wild, treating the elevators like a theme park ride. This stay was far from the relaxing experience I had hoped for. I searched and searched for another hotel, but everything was booked up. I even considered sleeping in my truck. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a good stay. I reserved a King Suite and was down-graded to a queen-suite, but after sharing my concerns with the front desk clerk, my husband and I were given the king-suite that I reserved.

Great hotel with a nice clean look. Only complains was the rooms could be a bit bigger. For a king bed it looked more like a queen. Nonetheless it’s a very quiet area with lots of food options at a walking distance and even driving. Breakfast was also immaculate! You definitely don’t find a lot of hotels serving hot breakfast anymore. There were a lot of options to choose from and the food didn’t taste heated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Large closet
We had a great stay at the SpringHill Suites. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. We had 5 people sharing the room and of course one bathroom. I really appreciated the large closet that helped store luggage out of the way but also worked as a changing room. That was my favorite feature.
