The pictures online are deceiving and look nothing like the actual external condition of the property or the lobby. People should know where they are staying when they book the room. The employees don’t like when you ask for anything that should be included, such as towels. We were given two towels for 4 people to use over 3 days. It felt like no maintenance is performed because the toilet lid was missing, the lamp shades were torn up, the bathroom door didn’t lock, and housekeeping did not come by and empty trash or anything the three days we were there. The beds do not come made with more than a simple sheet and the comforter (which is not washed). I’ve never seen such tiny pillows in a hotel room. It’s like using nothing at all. There’s just no feeling of hospitality. We were made to feel like an inconvenience staying here and it is in an area where we felt unsafe. For breakfast there was toast and store bought pastries you usually get from vending machines. I didn’t read reviews before booking through Expedia and I regret it, but reading through the previous reviews, this appears to be an improvement compared to how it used to be. I can’t imagine it being worse.

Room smelled so bad I got a headache immediately. We left 20 minutes later for a different place. Yes it’s cheap and you get what you spend but this hotel is truly so disgusting I would pay money to NOT stay there. There was gum and boogers on every surface. The bed was literally wet and it smelled strongly of cat pee. I’ve stayed in plenty of cheap motels but sheesh this one had way too many mystery stains and substances on every wall/counter. Sticky, smelly, slimy nasty ew.

I walk up to my room and it already smells like smoke. I get in the room and it smells like smoke when i ordered a non smoking. The bedding had a circle hole in it like a cigarette. The air conditioner wasnt on so i turned it on and it started making horrible noises. I had to turn it off. There were red stains on a painting and in a drawer. There were places where paint had chipped. There were crumbs in the bed. There were stains on the bedding. The lamp looked like it had been in a smoking room and was torn. When i went to the bathroom i saw a cockroach. I did not stay and all the guy at the front offered was a new room maybe.

Place is disgusting. Couch has what looks like piss and blood stains on it same with the window curtains. Bath tub was stains yellow. They claim to have a breakfast but it is literally just slices of bread and old coffee. I had to wait for almost 30 minutea to get someone to the front counter. They dont tell you that jets fly directly over the hotel while taking off from the nearby naval base. And they have a ton of bizaare rules when you check in. Complete waste of my money. The hotel right next door is really nice.

Room was in poor shape.. dirty.. electrical outlet box is literally hanging out of the wall.. Several sheet rock issues.. bedding has burn holes in it.. so do the towels.. Will not recommend

Do not book here whatsoever. Paid for extra to insure a refund in case my flight came early. After an hour of being checked in the front desk specifically said within 15 minutes after being checked in you can ask for a refund. I did so. Did not refund me and have contacted Expedia about it. Missed my flight and was refused a refundable payment.

When I got there I was informed that the king size bedroom I reserved was unavailable but I would be given a double bedroom at no cost. Once in the room it was a total nightmare the bed spread had multiple burn marks the couch/seat was filthy and you could visibly see the dirt and stains. The ac unit in the room was covered with dirt. There was no extra lock on the door other than the door handle. I requested another room however I was informed I couldn’t get a new room because you needed to request a different room within 15 mins of the check in. It was past that time but I had been trying to reach Expedia customer service during that time. After some discussion I was given a new room however it was not much better then the first room. I felt unsafe while there and I couldn’t stand to sit on any furniture in the room so I went to a store and bought new sheets and a cover with pillow to avoid using what was in the room.

I got put in Room 128. There was so much going on, first I literally had to walk around the block to find the room, then I walk in first thing I see, mud covered chair. I run to the bathroom, nothing is even close to clean and there was a hole punched in the door. Then come out to the main room the beds were wrapped in sheets of plastic, like window plastic, the unit in the window smelled funny, it was straight mold! I went to the office for a refund and was advised that I had to have Expedia send them an email so they could approve the refund…. THEY REFUSED MY REFUND ON A ROOM NO LIVING THING SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN EVER!!!! Worst hotel experience in my entire life!!!!!
