The hotel space is older but remodeled and clean and modern appearing. Very beautiful location across from the famous namesake fountain. We had several decent dining options very close. The beds were plush and comfortable, clean rooms, linens. Offered free bottled waters in the room which is almost unheard of. Walls are not well insulated and heard everything from the neighbor upstairs who woke up at 5 am and seemed to stomp around for three hours. Earplugs would have worked to curb this problem but I forgot them. Didn’t use the pool area because it’s winter but looked ok. Small and clean. Overall would stay again for sure!

The hotel was lovely and it was clear a lot of money had been spent renovating it recently. That being said there were some areas of our suite that were a little messy ( paint splatters etc ) and there was no daily turn down service unless at my own expense. I don’t expect it daily but think at least one room clean in our week long stay would’ve been good. Still very impressed and will look at coming back.

Our favorite place to stay!
Our favorite place to stay is Fountain Hills. It’s within walking distance of the adorable downtown area and directly across from the town's namesake fountain. We will be back!

Very Clean property. We weren’t told upon check in that you had to request house keeping the night before. Hot tub was out of order which no one seemed to know, we really wanted to use it after golf each day. Coffee machine in room didn’t work. Positives were $1 for bottled water at front desk, decent breakfast more of grab and go other than cereal. Would stay here again.

Located across from the "Fountain" that shoots off every hour. Disappointed in the Breakfast provided. For a "kinda" fancy stay, Bfast was not desirable, who wants boiled eggs prepacked. The plus; our reservation was accidentally cancelled and they rearranged things, so we didn't have to stay elsewhere. Thank you!

Beautiful property, uncomfortable beds
This is a beautiful property in a great location for scenery and nearby shopping and restaurants. I had a reservation for 2 nights for Mayo clinic Dr appointments but only stayed one night because the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable to me. I had to get up very early to start my appointments and did not have a good night's sleep because of the uncomfortable beds.
