The main entrance is not marked clearly. I reached in the hotel in the night and I ended up entering from backdoor. I could recognise the main entrance only on next day morning

The entrance to this hotel is so obscure the Uber driver could not find it. He left me on the street and I had to scout around to find the entrance. The staff was very pleasant, but my hotel room was so austere I would describe it as s cell rather than hotel accommodations, except for the bathroom which was more appealing than the sleeping room. Fortunately, I was just there overnight and left very early in the morning.

-the location is good: Near from the tram, Mc.Donald’s, Aldi -the room is not soundproofed (I heard footsteps from upstairs) -the room was clean, breakfast was good -the receptionists were not so friendly, they were busy with their smartphones -When I’ve arrived it was already late at night and there were no outdoor light, so I couldn’t see the big “Hotel” sign because it was so dark -but overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel

the room was nice, comfy and clean. AC was working. Unfortunately they could not find our reservation at first, then seen us double in the paperwork and could not figure out what type of room was booked. Also we had booked with breakfast but when I went to have breakfast in the morning at 7, the door to the restaurant was closed. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6.30. The guy that was there in the building said that the one doing breakfast was not there yet and he was running late and breakfast will be served when he gets there. NOT acceptable. We paid for overnight stay and breakfast and I was not able to have breakfast because I could not wait until whoever shows up late to start setting up breakfast. Total overnight failure for me!!
