Don’t stay on 5th floor!!!!
The room was old. We were on the pet floor and the room was covered with urine stains. The bed was uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work nor did the heat/air conditioning. I would recommend the Holiday Inn down the street.

the location was great for a short weekend trip. There were no sheets or pillowcases for the sofa bed when we arrived and stains on the couch and carpet.for the first time in all my stays at hotels i had to go down to the front desk and file a noise complaint from the room below that kept us up until 1 am. The desk did call the room and they quieted down after a while but was a new experience for me.

The first room smelled like an ashtray. And the AC was missing a filter and filthy. Thankfully the front desk staff were able to get me a second room which luckily didn’t smell like cigarettes. But the condition of the room was in disrepair. Bathroom door barely hanging on the hinges and the AC unit appeared to have been kicked and broken multiple times. The calling around the tub/shower is cracked/missing

I stayed at this hotel for one night on Thursday and found several aspects to be satisfactory, though there is room for improvement. The parking was accessible and secure, which was convenient. I arrived around 10 PM, and the receptionist was attentive, making check-in quick and efficient. The room was quiet, which allowed for a restful stay. However, it showed signs of wear and tear. The carpets, in particular, had noticeable stains and gave the impression of being overdue for a deep cleaning or replacement. Carpets tend to retain odors and stains over time, which can detract from the overall experience. I recommend the hotel prioritize carpet cleaning or consider alternative flooring options to improve guest comfort. Additionally, some minor maintenance issues in the room could benefit from attention. The pillows also fell short of expectations, as they were too soft to provide adequate support. This detail significantly impacted the overall comfort of the stay. Offering a variety of pillow firmness options could greatly improve the sleeping experience for future guests. Breakfast offered a decent variety, including bacon, and checkout was smooth. For a short stay, the experience was acceptable, but investing in updates to the carpets, room maintenance, and bedding quality would greatly enhance the overall quality of the accommodations.

Property is listed as pet friendly but there is no designated area for dogs to do their business. There is also no mentioning of a 25 dollars fee.

Room was very clean, breakfast was excellent. However, the heater in our room didn’t work and our sink leaked. Also, the ice machines on three of the five floors were broken and there was trash scattered outside near the parking lot. We have used this hotel several times and really like it, but it wasn’t up to it’s usual high standard this time.
