Tidy unit, well equiped kitchen and great shower pressure. The most affordable stay I could find in Franz. Wifi was very weak at number 9 (too far from the modem is my guess) - needs a booster. Bed is super soft, so more suitable for tiny humans.

Clean property, good facilities although the TV remote didn’t work. Improved exterior since last visit would suggest wooden trellis divides for more privacy between units.

No glacier view but nice big room.
Huge room with kitchen and large bathroom. Very quite and peaceful. Comfy bed and fully equipped kitchen. The only downside is the wifi was very slow.

Sadly, communication with the hotel proved impossible. I was “stranded” down in the town area with the hotel a half hour walk up a steep hill with heavy luggage. Numerous phone call ignored. Eventually managed to get a lift to the hotel. When there, staff were kind and attentive. Accommodation better than average. Next morning I needed a lift into town to catch the bus. No one showed up at Reception at office opening time, not responded to my phone calls. I had to hitch a ride down in to town. Very, very poor communication skills.

The managers are friendly. It’s a no frills accommodation and has everything you need. Bathroom has been refurbished and everything was clean. Kitchenette had everything you needed to cook simple meals. Had a small heater which did the job. Thank you

Bit disappointed - only heating was in bathroom and no electric blanket , so bit chilly at night TV reception was so poor couldn't watch anything for longer than five minutes before it snowed out. Internet very intermittent - and as i had to work some of the time , made things very difficult. All furnishings pretty tired.
