Worst Experience
this place is strickly for homeless people. Guest have big size Pit bull dogs on ropes, Hallway & elevator smells like marijuana. The guest dog jumps up on other guest. You have guest who are just hanging out in the lobby just loitering. For the price of these rooms you would expect it to be clean, speaking about clean the hallways have dirty linens laying outside of rooms and housekeeping door. I have plenty of trouble getting my overcharge for the room back. I am still waiting for my incedential deposit back.. This place needs staff changes real quick because only the General Manager can do refunds . This one hotel i wont ever stay at or tell anyone about . This hotel is not for tourist. The front desk agent was outside smoking more than doing her job.. which she aint even good at, she knows not enough to be left alone on a shirt alone..

The room had a damp smell. They didnt have the room i booked. They tokd me i could cancel my reservation because they didnt have a handicapp room available. They charged my card twice in errror, and when i asked about it, all they could say is that humans make mistakes. I will never recommend, nor stah ever in this hotel. The lights swtch didnt work properly?, there were knats flying around. The carpet was filthy. This was not a quality hotel..

So bad we left after 2 nights!
Horrible stay. Most uncomfortable bed i’ve ever tried to sleep in. Rooms are hot, hallways are musty and overall not very clean. Elevators smelled like Bob Marley spent the night in there smoking it up. Oh - and their listing says they have a restaurant…. They don’t. It’s like a snack room you can buy stuff. Save your money, sanity, and prevent back pain and don’t stay here.

The room was perfectly fine and bed was very comfortable. However, the other guests were very sketchy and I passed a man in the hallway holding a long serrated knife just walking with his head down. Very unsettling.

Little to pricey for the conditions
Loacation was a little difficult to access. Room were VERY damp and musty. Woke up the next morning and everything had a wet feel. Hallways had a strong odor of cooked food.

We requested a non smoking room and got a smoking room. Our room was given away. Unable to receive refund because manager not on site. Room was dirty and smelled like smoke. Disgusting. It was hard to breathe and left early in the AM due to breathing conditions.

Great hotel in a terrible location. Trying to get in & out of the property is a pain in the ass. Have to make a U turn when exciting off of 95 to get back to it. Overall placement is just not convenient.

My room was much better this time than 10 days ago last time it was smelt of dogs and it was dirty. This time. The room was very good. It smelled fresh. I was happy with the room this time, but the area needs to be cleaned up. a lot of people strange people walking around.
