A very nice hotel, comfortable and had a pillow menu. I thought €18 for breakfast was a bit much but they had good options including cooked eggs. Good location close to restaurants and shopping. snacks available all the time. Restaurant available.

Great location, convenient parking. Largest bathroom of any on my trip to Norway and Germany, by far. They obviously cater to businesses and events. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely stay in Zwickau
A great stopover on our journey from the south to the north of Germany we arrived late and the hotel had kindly arranged for the kitchen to stay open longer. We had a nice and relaxing meal on the terrace. The staff was very kind and helpful and our room was lovely, clean and spacious. No complaints at all, would return any time and can recommend this hotel to other travellers. Location is amazing too, right in the centre.

Wifi is very slow. Only 2 elevators , you always have to wait long for them. Restaurant very good. Staff friendly

Awesome stay in Zwickau
We were in Zwickau for a wedding and the hotel more than served the purpose. Stayed over the weekend and the service was great the whole time. Breakfast staff was extremely attending and other restaurants were very close by.
