I didn't like the check in system every one has to check in at 3pm or pay a fee to check in early.No other hotels have this system.This makes the lines back up at 3pm and you have a lo g wait to check in.

Nice place needs more common sense.
Nice room and decent staff. Their problem is theor breakfast shop is being remodeled and there is very few places to eat. Plus their sports betting room closed around 9pm even though there was a NFL game going on.

The check-in process is quite unique. I always enjoy standing behind 30 people (and another 30 behind me) waiting for check-in to BEGIN at 4:00. I've been in hotels from here to California to Cologne, and I have never seen a process like this one.

The stay was, for the most part ok. The only complaint I have is the mattress was very uncomfortable. Honestly it felt like the mattress had not been replaced in several years. It was a busy weekend for us and therefore I didn't have time to address the issue with guest services. RM442

Room was okay had to listen to the NASCAR practice racing around the track all day after a late night in the casino.. (not cool). and room service is a minimum. I spent a lot of money, but I like Dover, staff service is good, could be better if bartenders knew how to make a drinks :-). Will see you next time. Thank you
