Very clean. Nice shampoo/conditioner/soap/lotion. Extremely friendly staff. Very comfy beds. Only reason my rating isn’t higher is because this Best Western location doesn’t offer a full breakfast, only granola bars and coffee/juice. Also, the in-room fridge never got very cold, our ice packs melted and our drinks were sort of just semi-cold. So, as hotels go, would have likely given this a 4/5 if it had been another brand, but I tend to expect a little bit more from a Best Western (like a full breakfast).
