The hotel just seemed outdated and worn, especially the carpets, elevator, doors. The breakfast did not have as many options as I have seen at other hotels. Seemed to not refill when it ran out.

For the price we paid and the name of the hotel I would have expected something better. The hotel was deteriorating, carpets, dirty doors, chipped, and dented beds old with a hole in the middle uncomfortable while taking a shower that water went out in the middle of the shower had to call front desk. Nobody ever came up or contacted us to check.. the hotel had no pool. The pool was empty with a bunch of dirt leaves and debris very old hotel for Anaheim and the Wyndham namebrand.. some of the photos taken. It took me a long time to find the hotel, cause it has no sign no lights to be able to locate it

You get what you pay for
I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before COVID so 5-6 years ago. It was a decent hotel back then but now (December 2024) is outdated and old. The parking lot looks sketchy. The front desk receptionist was unfriendly. The room had a weird smell. The curtains and towels had stains on them. I ended up going to Target and purchased new towels, Lysol and Clorox in order to feel comfortable. I wasn’t able to cancel my reservation and go to another hotel or else I would’ve. The only perk is the continental breakfast and free shuttle to Disneyland.

First time staying there, staff was very polite and helpful. There is a lot of dining options nearby by. It is not close to Disney still had to Uber there the shuttle bus runs to late and couldn’t find the pick up spot. But if you take the 43 bus it drops you off right at the entrance of Disney, that was really helpful. Rooms are pretty good size with bathroom water and cable both worked fine. Good for the price.

Staff was friendly and effectant. Our room was nice. Bedding very comfortable. Very convenient ly located for off and on freeway. Shuttle to Disneyland. We wish the bar lounge and pool were open for our stay. Would recommend.
