The Yeatman was absolutely lovely from start to finish. The team was great. It was our first time traveling with two kids under 3, and our room had two cots ready, with slippers, Yeatman teddy bears, shampoo and soap for kids, etc. For us, there was a small bottle of LBV port, chocolate truffles and Pasteis de Nata - a nice touch! The room was beautiful, with stunning views. Everyone at the hotel was lovely, and they made us feel welcome despite our kids not being the most discreet. Looking forward to visiting again!

Every aspect of this hotel is first class. The rooms were clean private and up To date. Th e restaurants were top notch with a Michelin rated chef in hotel. Amenities such as spa were top shelf. And the view of Porto was the best in city. Well Worth the stay

Allowing guests to smoke was the one negative

This is a great hotel and the staff are very friendly and the service excellent. The one thing that made this not 5 star is that they allow guests to smoke in communal areas including the outside dining/bar areas and the pool. For non-smokers it is not pleasant having wafts of smoke whilst eating, drinking or just relaxing. We haven’t been to a hotel that allows smoking on the premises for years and found this very surprising in this day and age.
