This hotel is hands down one of the worst experiences we’ve ever experienced. I highly advise staying away especially if you’re bringing your family. First we were told that there was a pet fee that we were not aware of until we were already an hour away. When arriving, we are told that the two rooms we purchased TOGETHER would not be conjoined. We had to split up our children between 2 rooms that were about 100ft apart. Then we were told there were additional fees that we were not aware of. Then we head to the rooms & this hotel is disguising. Floors so dirty I wouldn’t walk on them with socks on. Holes in walls with exposed pipes. Rusty & broken bathrooms & fixtures. Stained sheets. Dirty mattresses. The toilet was clogged. There were beer caps on the floor. We request a crib for our twins because it is offered online & we are given some very cheap playpen. The room was under stocked with supply. But to top off the entire experience, as I wait for supplies 2 men walk in with 2 under the influence woman that I assume were female escorts asking the men out loud “If they had any illegal drugs”. I prayed these people aren’t on my same floor but they were only 4 rooms away & as I’m passing by with my young daughter all you can hear is clapping sounds & a woman yelling/ moaning loudly. This was awkward & very disturbing. I have videos of it all. Including the loud moans you can hear down the entire hall way. We tried to tell the Customer service but they didn’t seem to care.

The room was disappointing. After a long travel day I was looking forward to a hot bath! The tub had been painted and the bath was getting paint chips in it! Also paint was bubbling up. Floor felt extremely dirty.
