My husband used his Googlemaps GPS and could not, for the life of him, find this motel after a 12 hour drive cross-country in a moving truck full of our belongings. He called me to double check the name and address and I confirmed. I then called the motel for more information. The lady said it is next to a Speedway and across from a Rodeway Inn. I called my husband back and he said he sees a Speedway but no Rodeway Inn and definitely no Microtel Inn. I gave him the phone number for the front desk, thinking maybe he would have better luck. The same lady answered the phone and this time, she informed him that their address was incorrect in Googlemaps, but was recently corrected on their company website. HOW IS THIS HELPFUL? No apology, and she gave him verbal directions (as it turns out, with the WRONG exit number), but he didn't trust her so he called me. I looked up Rodeway in that was EIGHT MILES back from where he had come. He finally arrived, still no apology upon his arrival and check-in. Absolutely inexcusable.
