Wonderful getaway
My husband, daughter, grandson and I stayed 4 nights at Seascape in a wonderful unit "right on the sand". The complex is perfectly situated on the beach and close enough to access all of Galveston's activities, while being far enough to enjoy some quiet. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful Location
This was our second time staying at SeaScape. The location is perfect for us. The check in process was great. The condo was ready early and they called to let us know we could check in. The process was flawless. We did not stay in this condo last year. The pictures were beautiful. The over all condo was beautiful, bright and very tidy. The cons of this particular unit were, the kitchen was not stocked well. Not even a kitchen scrubber was available. The amount of towels was lacking, and the amount and quality of the pillows. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was very, very noisy. In the pictures beach chairs were under the bunk beds (that were VERY unsturdy and literally had cardboard has a mattress catcher), anyway, there were no beach chairs available when we arrived. Absolutely no amenities of any kind were available. To sum things up, in comparison to the unit we stayed in last year, this one simply did not compare. Although it was beautiful, it fell very short of last years condo. It was not convenient for a family.

Excellent View!
The property is easy to get in and out of. Easy walk to the beach (no roads to cross). Living, eating and sleeping spaces are clean, cozy, and comfortable. Maintenance staff appear to do an excellent job keeping up on repairs following fall and winter weather events.

Fun & fabulous!
The two bedroom condo was very comfortable and accommodating. For us, the best part was the private balcony just yards from the beach with a panoramic view of the coast and people watching. Walking on the beach and swimming in the lovely pool was great, and just steps away from our accommodations. Megan in the office was delightful and helpful, as was the guard at the security checkin. We were wowed nd highly recommend ABSeascape.

We had a very nice experience. Would like to return. The guest shower needs some work done on the door, will not close and is rusted. Clean. The guest bed needs replaced and the bunk beds definitely needs new mattresses.

Breathtaking Ocean Front Paradise!
We spent the most magical Thanksgiving in this beautifully appointed true Ocean Front Condo on Galveston Island! It appeared to be professionally decorated, and the beds in both bedrooms were so comfortable! The Kitchen was a Chef's dream as well! We prepared incredible meals looking out at the panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico! The sunrises were simply breathtaking and the property management is great, the amenities with the pools, hot tubs, were wonderful! We did not want to leave and extended our stay 1 more day, and we cannot wait to return! Many thanks Joe and Michelle, Dallas Texas

Restful holiday
This property was perfect, with its proximity to the beach. If beach walking is not your thing you can watch the beach from the comfort of our balcony. Kitchen had everything you need to make meals so you never have to leave the property. Fridge was very clean and full size. Bed was very comfortable and also very clean. This was the quietest property we have ever stayed at and Beleivr me at 63 y/o we have stayed at a lot of property’s in our lifetime. If you want quiet in your vaca this is your place.

Perfect location!
This condo has the perfect location. There is a staircase right outside the door that takes you right to the parking lot, pool, and beach access. The ocean view from the balcony is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time. My one suggestion is to provide paper towels. Usually that is included in a vacation rental, so we had to make a special trip for that. Other than that, the place was perfect.

Stayed here one night as a spur of the moment trip with my family and my sisters. We had so much fun. The location of the condo is fantastic. The place was clean and slept 8 people which was perfect. Had a great time. The pool was overcrowded but other than that it was a great trip.

Place was very nice & clean. Great access to the beach & pool. Safe neighborhood. Check in staff was nice. Security guard hateful & grumpy. Pool staff was ridiculous. A young girl watching the pool stood over grown adults & kids would walk over & say no you can’t do that- this wasn’t kids or adults being rowdy. I am all for safe & healthy fun.... but pool rules were extreme- was told it was a liability issue with insurance. Kids were playing with a red ball size of a ping pong ball in pool & it was taken up because it may hurt someone. Our kids ages are 3&6. One lady would walk over & go over all pool rules before we could get in the pool (even if we’ve been there prior & had told us already) . Maybe get insurance coverage on pools to allow kids to play in a pool rather then having people babysit grown ups. It definitely was for older retirees.

Great place for a relaxing getaway
This property was very nice and relaxing. I have already recommended this to my family and friends. Just a heads up make sure you bring everything you need to eat or drink including coffee! I forgot kcups so I had to make a trip and get some.

Room was as advertised. Access to beach is super. Elevator was not working... irritating!!! Voice mail will not allow voice message... too much music to allow me to leave a message. Need a place to clean shoes after being on the beach. Parking is very accessible.

Need a professional management team to run the place
The worst experience ever!! We planned to stay for Christmas holidays. Check in time was 3pm. We received a call at 2 pm saying that the property manager is going to leave at 3pm while it was written on the website they won’t leave until 5pm. We arrived at 2:50 pm and the manager left right after giving the keys to us. Entering the property, we found it freezing cold and the Heater was not working. We called the two provided numbers for 3 hours in hope of finding someone to fix the AC. No one picked up and the voicemail for the emergency phone call was full. We ended up staying in our car to get warmer and we called VRBO in hope of reaching the manager. Needless to say, after 45 minutes of staying on the line, VRBO team could not reach the manager. We ended up leaving the property and drove for hours to get back home. By the way, it was mentioned that coffee and tissues will be provided but there was no coffee and the tissue box barely had any tissue left.
