Classic retro motel vibe, really charming. Could be a bit more lovingly but restored. Musty smell from AC and a bit dirty floors. Beautiful location right off the water, comfortable beds, nice onsite restaurant/bar, lots nearby to see and do. Great value, but could definitely use some updates.

Proximity to the beach and great seafood at Nick's was a big plus. The room was clean - another plus. However, the property can do with a facelift and some of the facilities like bowling lawn was in tatters. Breakfast was poorly made. We were expecting better since it is related to such reputable restaurants.

This is an incredible value. The location is across the street from the beach. The free breakfast is amazing. The only negative was very loud neighbors for one of the nights (Sunday) and the lobby phone was down so we could not report it. Just a few tweaks of cleaning the common walkway areas and I would have rated it higher. The daily room cleaning was amazing. The restaurants within walking distance were great.

The pics do not reflect the hotel at all, this is a very run down hotel it’s very old and it’s visible, staff in friendly but it needs tremendous upgrades not worth the price at all. Breakfast felt like being in jail at a food line at least that’s how I imagine it.

I will return to this place, the room was built along time ago. but very well maintained. The restaurant is the star of the show, Nicks food was fabulous a little costly but the quality was fantastic! We didn’t have any disappointments with our stay
