The staff was nice and friendly, but the hotel itself was, disgustingly dirty, out dated, and all around damaged from the floor to the ceiling. The base board are being held up by masking tape. The soap dispenser is covered in dust, scum, and grime. The furniture looked like it was all picked out from a dumpster in an ally. The bed headboards were dirty they looked as if something had been splashed onto them and it was running down the headboard and never cleaned off. Also when we opened the door to walk out of the room, the door handle broke off. I have never been so eager to leave a hotel, definitely would not recommend or go back ever again. This property brings great disappointment and shame to the Wyndham corporation.

I liked it was in front of beach and close to restaurants and the the tourist areas. Friendly staff upfront. Only stayed for one night. I didn't like they had a 15 dollar p/day parking fee (it's not widely advertised as such), no elevator (we were placed on the third floor), black mold found on baseboards. Complete face-lift needed on the outside (i.e. paint, some stairs closed for remodeling, etc.).

Property sent me a link to check in, to include my ID photo and vehicle info to “expedite check in.” Upon arrival, I had to re-check in and the clerk was lost. They now charge for parking, which wasn’t advertised when I booked. Clark was condescending. Room had live spiders IN the bed, was loud and not put together well. Outlets didn’t work. AC worked really well. We’ve been visiting this location for years, but I’m not sure we’ll be back.

It is on the sea wall. The building should be condemned. I am calling the city Monday. Caution tape on every extrrior stairwell. The stairs are pulling away from the building. Old blue tarps shredded on the roof being held down by sand bags

We didn't like anything. It was very ugly, the condition was terrible there were no drinking cups no ice buckets it was just horrible very bad I wouldn't give it a good review ever. it looks mothing like the pictures shown at all. don't ever stay there.

Definitely was not worth 200. The toilet still had pee on it. Walls were dirty and peeling and has tape on them, from the top of the wall to the base boards. I was so cringe I couldn’t even sleep . Floor was very dirty and cigarette smoke outside the rooms are terrible. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe. I have photos and wish i can post them on here.

First of all was charged for parking and website made no mention of charge for parking also never paid for 45 min early ck in, although it was my choice to say yes I will pay for early ck in I have never paid for early ck in or parking as long as we have been going to Galveston MC ralley Light in bathroom sink went out, baseboard falling off the wall. Room smelled so bad like mold Pillows smelled bad We went to Walmart and bought our own sheets and pillows. I will never stay there again. Ladies upfront were super nice

Worth the stay
The hotel seems to be in the renovation stage. But the staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. Right across road from seawall and the gulf Draw back, if you vheck in before 4pm, they charge you $30+
