The stay started off with being told I was required to pay a fee for my LEGITIMATE service dog because, “We just charge for all dogs, it doesn’t matter” Well, according to federal ADA guidelines, it DOES matter and you, sir, have now had a complaint filed with the ADA and DOJ. Aside from that, the noise levels are off the charts, people socializing in the parking lot at all hours, and an overall sketchiness to the entire area. After not sleeping well due to all of the above, I woke in the morning to find ants crawling all over my very carefully sealed up food, going up and down the electrical cords and all around the coffee pot (I have photos but no place to upload them for this review). To be clear, I never leave comments but this experience was just too much. I highly recommend staying far, far away from this place - especially if your medical needs require your service dog to travel with you.
