I am the type of person to take reviews in consideration and upon booking this hotel there was several bad reviews although the hotel looked very luxurious. I absolutely loved this hotel. It is very convenient budget wise. The staff were very friendly and gave us free parking due to a long wait line due to a convention happening. The hotel had a Starbucks inside which is always convenient for me as a coffee lover. The hotel was located right in front of a target in case you forgot to pack something. Lots of food locations close by and even walkable to Disneyland. Shuttle is offered and takes you directly to the hotel. Anyway, the only bad experience we had was some loud guests at 3 am and someone trying to open our hotel door as we have a baby sleeping. Everything else was great and would stay here again.

We were given a handy cap accessible room which we didn’t ask for. Our room was right next to the elevator and you can hear everyone coming in & out. Cleaning ladies shouting across the hallway.

Very clean but if you’re sensitive to the cold a bit, you’ll be shivering in the room so make sure to pack an extra blanket but other than that it’s excellent.

I liked that the staff was very friendly and that were always attentive when I needed something another thing I like is that there was restaurant and fast food places at walking distance as well as a target right infront the hotel and Disneyland was only a couple streets down from the hotel

Good for what it was
It was good for what it was. There were stains on the carpet and on the curtains. The bed was clean and comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. Will stay again
