They should do something about there restaurants! The food is not good for the cost! We didn’t want to $60 for breakfast! Thank goodness McDonalds was just across the street! We had a nice stay but it’s to sad that food is costly and not that good!

This was by far the worst experience. The staff at the arcade has zero customer service. Our room wasn't ready, and the TV wasn't working. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told they would call my room. No one called back.

This place is perfect for kids. Perfect for a little getaway where you can take it slow and the kids will be busy and having fun. The food and facility were great they have many amenities .

The rooms are outdated. The pullout bed badly tilted at the head of the bed. The bunkbeds had blankets that were very small. We found waffle (maybe?) under the pull out bed. Could not control the temperature in the room- we were either freezing or too hot! We went to get the wolf ears for the kids and the lady at the store acted liked it was an inconvenience to do the “wolf howl” when they asked my 7 year old if he wanted it and he said yes. In the water park, they measured my son before trying any slides and he was a little over 48 in. We went to get on a slide, waited over 30 minutes. Got to the top, and they refused allowing him to get on the slide because they measured differently and said he was a 1/4in too small! Overall, disappointing.

This is a 5 star hotel with everything you would need or want while visiting their location. Family oriented. Professional, kind and courteous staff. I highly recommend.

Awesome fun park! Accommodations are excellent. The lobby area could use more signage for passengers, exiting the park in Uber or Lyft. My family and I made lots of great memories and we plan to return soon.
