Dont get scammed ! First the main entrance door seems broken not working properly! The room we got is not as I expected! Very disappointing! The carpet looks dirty , moment we lie on the bed my 7yr old son started scratching ! The washroom door isnt locking! Corner paints is coming off cracks on the side, the sink, faucet the toilet , tub is dirty. The aircon is old and very loud! The towels looks stained and not white at all! When I booked it it says free parking but when we get there , staff says it wasnt free and I have to pay per night! The only thing that is OK there is the breakfast! I paid almost $700 for 3days 2 nights and its not worth it! Worst hotel I stayed on!

The hotel was nice and had an amazing layout, but unfortunately, the facilities need a little bit of renovations, like the bathroom had paint chipping and the drains were rusted. The shower head wasn't brand new. It looked very outdated, and the couches furnitures also need to be replaced.

Our room toilet was clogged when we arrived. Maintenance came to unclog it. It was still not flushing. The front office said we could go down to get the plunger and try to do it ourselves. I asked for a different room the next morning. They did accommodate and switch us. But, for us to plunge someone else’s fecal matter for the first night was gross.

I requested housekeeping several times and no one came until the very last day. I also requested towels and it would take hours to receive them, which made me late for my plans. They don’t even have soap to wash your hands by the sink. The hotel was also very humid and the ac would keep shutting off. Bad service, wouldn’t recommend.

Everything was excellent. The room was very spacious and clean. The front desk employees were very friendly and professional. We were not able to use any of the amenities because were there to visit various family members and were out and about. Will definitely stay again in the area and highly recommend
