Very good hotel just the doors to the bedroom literally locked us in (some faulty lock or something), made one of our days stressful as we couldn’t get out until the lock just worked with some manipulating of the mechanism. The staff were awesome and the site is clean and well organized

they upgraded my room to a suite, and they gave me a 50-dollar credit when I checked in, very good, when I checked out a very rude employee told me i would not get the credit and she did not apply the credit to my breakfast bill. all experience was good, except for that employee.

Perfect location after coming back from a long day at the parks. Had a small issue with our room but management was able to successfully provided our family with a new room. Which made our quick stay a lot more comfortable. They were also very understanding to our situation and asked if their’s anything else they can do for us.
