Upon arrival we were never told that weren’t getting the room we requested so when we got to the room to find 2 queen beds and not 1 King bed we called down and they said they overbooked and had nothing available. We were pretty upset about this but otherwise the room was fine, just wish they had better communication with us when we checked in.

The property is old. The mattress is saggy that made my back hurt and we did not sleep well. The fridge was not working, the carpet is old. The only best thing on our trip are the staffs at this hotel were super nice and helpful. Their service is above excellent. We booked Sheraton because it close to UCI where our brother is in terminal state of cancer. We were not happy with the mattress so uncomfortable; the pillows are so thin although we had a total of 4 pillows but still not comfortable. The staffs there trying very hard to make our stay more comfortable. We greatly appreciated all of them especially the manager at night shift and the property manager Steve.

Generally everything was good and I'm happy with my stay. One important point that you should be aware of is that the water is extremely hot. I was shaving and literally burned my hand and got a blister. If you have kids you may really want to be aware of this. This is an easy fix for the hotel to turn down the hot water heater and I understand why they do it but it's too hot.... That said the water pressure is also extremely high so as a simple fix they could reduce the amount of hot water pressure.
