The property and location are superb! Minutes from Ober Gatlinburg where we would park and take the tram down to Gatlinburg… the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Loved the fact that the grill has a permanent gas line connected. No concern with empty tanks! The hot tub and fire pit were great at night!

This cabin was fantastic! It was one of the cleanest, well-stocked, and livable VRBOs ever. This was truly a home away from home. AND THE VIEW!!! The view just elevated the entire experience that much further. Everyone enjoyed their long weekend in this cabin in the clouds.

Fantastic Family Cabin
It is just as awesome as it looks in the pictures online. Perfect space for a family of 4, clean, decorated nicely, super comfortable beds, and unbeatable views. Honestly, lounging around in the cabin was probably the highlight of our trip. Great communication and easy check in/out too. Highly recommend!

Beautiful cabin overlooking Gatlinburg
This is a beautiful, updated home. Loved the decking outback. Would have been nice to have a few extra towels for the hot tub. Cloud 9 is a very responsive management company. I had issues with accessing my inbox on VRBO, so had some trouble responding to them. They were able to text me before our arrival that the ice maker wasn’t working, so we were grateful for that. Would definitely recommend this home.

Our family of 5 stayed for two nights and we wish we could have stayed longer. The view is amazing! We were able to see the Gatlinburg fireworks from the huge upstairs windows. The kids enjoyed the games and hot tub. We saw a couple bears and it was conveniently located for many activities. There are also several options for DoorDash and a convenient market nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable. Host even shared where we could buy the pillows because we loved them so much. It was clean and just as described. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

We went with a group of 3 couples to celebrate a 30th birthday. Upon arrival, we got groceries and realized that the fridge had malfunctioned. The host was at the cabin while we were away trying to fix it and brought a mini fridge, cooler, and ice to give us an option to keep the food cool. They were up helping past 10pm and extremely responsive. We had the fridge back working in less than 24 hours. Aside from that, the location is perfect for avoiding traffic and getting into the national park. We loved the breathtaking views and the game room upstairs!

Awesome stay!
Great property and location! Everything was as expected and as described. Fun family summer vacation with the hot tub, fire pit and game room. Everything was updated and high end. Only 4 minutes to Ober Mountain and ~13 min to downtown Gatlinburg and close to hiking trails in the Great Smokey Mountains. Awesome views and bear sights as well!

Great stay at this beautiful house with stunning views
We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous property with sweeping views. It’s in a great location, remote & quiet if you want to get away from the hustle of Gatlinburg but close enough to all the fun and especially easy to get to the National Park. Great communication with the host, love that they give you so much information about the house and surrounding area. The house was super clean, except for the sandy floor upstairs where the games are, that wasn’t properly vacuumed but nothing major; also it would be nice if the cleaning crew could check the washer/dryer for residues from the former guests. The house is beautifully decorated and very well equipped (especially the kitchen). Only thing missing is something to put away or hang clothes or at least a chair in the downstairs rooms, that’s our only upgrade suggestion. We loved it here.

Incredible view!
The quality of the view from this property cannot be overstated. We knew it would be good from the photos but in person it is just incredible. We are glad we chose to stay a little higher up because the extra few minutes of drive time into Gatlinburg is well worth it. The cabin was very clean, beds were comfy, bathrooms were very nice and kitchen was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Honeymoon retreat!
This place was amazing for our honeymoon. When we arrived there was a bottle of champagne and a nice card to welcome us. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The fireplace and hot tub provided the perfect romantic atmosphere to celebrate. The view was amazing. It was perfect!
