The dis disposable was broken. They did not have any coffee, pods, nothing . It was pretty limited and the front staff while friendly at check in, not pleasant at all the next day I will just go back to church landing .

Staff was super friendly! Units were very clean and spacious but did have a stale odor. Pool was fun and clean. Ground were very well kept

The Summit is Super Nice
We had a wonderful time. The suit was spacious and had a super nice kitchen with a full complement of cooking gear. We went swimming in the indoor pool and had the whole place to ourselves…a treat! The outdoor pool was nice but a bit beat up and COLD. However, the best view of the lake is from there. The staff were warm and supportive. Little things, like getting us a high chair, were nice touches.

The place is very old and not maintained at all. The laundry washer was full of fungus inside. The dishwasher full of dirty dishes. Weird vibe. In the bathroom the sealing was falling off from flooding upstairs. It was not repaired. I didn't enjoy the stay.

Property was good. I wish they used a bio-based ink and toner for their printers. They claim to be eco-conscious, but they are not using bio-based toner for their printers. Hopefully they look into it after this review! I believe the largest manufacturer of these is in NH!

An excellent location for children with convenient access to Weir Beach and Mount Washington Cruise and train rides. The facility offers a grill, outdoor pool, and a fantastic water slide in the indoor pool. The rooms are exceptionally clean.

I loved that the property is like a 2 bed 2 bath apartment type .The family can be in different areas of the “apartment” not like most hotel rooms that everyone needs to be in the “bedroom” all at the same time if that makes sense. The kitchen and dining table is very convenient for large groups staying multiple nights. The balcony is a plus for extra space to seat and relax! The gas grill and picnic table is also available and great to have. The older kids loved the outdoor fire pit area but complained about basketball court and hoop conditions, they would’ve liked the bean bags were available to play or a ball to play volleyball. They also complained about the internet service but to me wasn’t that bad. The staff at front desk are lovely but some other staff members around the area weren’t as nice. Overall I loved this place and definitely will return! Highly recommended!

Feels cozy and homey, has everything you need very convenient location.. a lot of entertainment options inside the property can accommodate a big group!! I definitely recommend it!
