This was our 4th stay however unsure if we would return. An error was made by the resort re some booking arrangements and transport, which they denied, however i had emails which proved otherwise. On forwarding these received no response or acknowledgment. Sheets were dirty and had holes in them, we requested they be changed. On our return they replaced king sheet with 2 singles for the rest of our stay? Tried to book a massage by ph, told i had to go to reception, then given incorrect info at time of massage and the massage was cut short by 10mins. The breakfast was terrible and always cold, but the fruit selection was ok. Other than reception staff the others were lovely. Overall, the stay was weird, the resort disorganised with noticable cost cutting. One positive is they gave us a free boat transfer when we left, however still never took responsibility for the arrival transfer mess up. We spent 1 month in Bali in various locations with no issues except here. Such a shame as such a beautiful location and so much potential. I hope they lift their game.
