Our stay was not great. We went down to the front desk 3 times to discuss it with you but you were never there. the room was dirty. there was hair everywhere and we did not travel with a pet. the TV was broke half the time, the shower was broke, it sprayed everywhere everytime you used it. the floors were so dirty we had to wear shoes the entire time. I'm very disappointed. my kid wouldn't even eat the 'free' breakfast due to the cleanliness of the hotel. that's half the reason I book a hotel, it is budget friendly when one meal is provided. I'm very upset with the accommodations and customer service or lack there of. the back door was also propped open 24/7 and we did not feel safe.

Few frills but a good value
This hotel sits very near a truck stop, so there is some noise and no real view, but aside from that it's just fine, especially for the money. Both clerks were friendly and while there is no breakfast, I appreciate the coffee. Everything is the room functioned as appropriate.

Well, let’s put it this way. I’m already on the road and I checked in at eight. Sketchy, but the lady at check-in was very nice very accommodating, but put me in a room that smelled like smoke. They have notes about smoking, even wrote it on the outside of the envelope which means they have issues with people smoking. I was not getting charged so Appreciative. She moved me I just woke up to get something out of my purse and shine the light from my phone on a bug in the bed I am absolutely freaking out grab my clothes and I’ve already left Mad because I have lost money now, and I was resting from a long trip I have no idea whether I’m bringing them back with me and I am not gonna be able to sleep Livid. I can take the rundown Facilities, but absolutely not that

Cons - The building had a smoke smell entering the side of the building. We were not provided the internet username uoon check in. Every place prior to here would have the air on in preoaration for ciur arrival. This was the first place that did not. Pros - It was close to I-24 and gas, which is what we wanted. It was clean and quiet. It provided what we needed for an overnightv stay at a price that was acceptable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and property given the low price. It was clear that the management takes pride in their property and guest services. They take great care of the property and rooms.
