I stayed in this hotel for 6 days, and housekeeping failed to service my room even once. COVID is over. I know everyone is facing staffing challenges, but when you spend hundreds of dollars to stay in a hotel, clean towels would be nice.

No one present to check us in. Finally after 20 minutes and 3 guests waiting a young lady came out with no welcoming look to her at all, not even a hello. No directions like how to get to room or when breakfast was and where. No thank you. And i was the 2nd guest to check in and first guest got same treatment.

Great stay!
Our stay was great! The room was nice and clean and cool when we arrived. We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was fantastic! We also really liked the area outside the breakfast room; there were tables and chairs and a tv. It was a really nice place to enjoy a meal or spend time with family and friends outside of our hotel room.
