Nice hotel, good breakfast, good localisation.
We stayed there for 3 days. We just loved the experience, everything is close to the hotel, Gramado is a beautiful city.

Good Hotel but Poor Service
The hotel is a little outside the center of town, but only about a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel rooms are adequate and have A/C. The hotel restaurant wasn't great, but the breakfast was good. The hotel staff could have been a bit more friendly. They were ok, but not going out of their way to help.

Negativo quanto a limpeza, só arrumam as camas e recolhem toalhas e lixos. O piso do banheiro e quarto não eram limpos, as cortinas e ar condicionado muito empoeirados. As salas de estar comum a todos também estavam muito sujas e empoeiradas. Positivo atendimento da recepção de forma geral foi excelente. Café da manhã muito variado e de qualidade.

Excelente estadia. Infelizmente a acústica dos quartos fica prejudicada, como tem uma porta entre as acomodações. Tinha um casal um pouco escandaloso tendo relação ao lado do nosso, tivemos que ligar uma música mais alta para nossa filha não perceber.
