The room has nothing to do with the photo in the ad. I chose the deluxe room and there is nothing deluxe. Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again.

Decepção!
Foi uma decepção. Estrutura velha com móveis inchados, lençóis rasgando, travesseiros velhos… TUDO VELHO. O quarto e o banheiro são minúsculos. Alugamos mais pela área externa e pelos brinquedos (viajamos com nossa filha pequena), mas está tudo abandonado… enferrujando, sem manutenção. A casinha de madeira estava toda suja e cheia de água. O único ponto positivo é a gentileza dos funcionários e o café da manhã que é bem servido. Outro detalhe: solicitava a limpeza de quarto e elas só arrumavam e colocavam toalhas limpas (de péssima qualidade por sinal), não limpavam o chão e nem o banheiro! Nós não temos muita frescura com hotel, mas esse foi uma verdadeira decepção! Pra mim esse hotel só merece uma estrela.

Gostei dos jardins , e da decoração do hotel , mais ainda amei a SKY a Pet do hotel ela é um amor e fica pela sala junto com os hóspedes. Amei que foram super solícitos em fazer itens sem glúten e lactose pra mim , pois sou alérgica.

Pior experiência no Hotel da rede Sky
O hotel foi comprado pela rede SKY, E um hotel antigo e pouco foi feito para melhor. Quartos pequenos, com luzes com defeito e cama com colchão duro como uma pedra. Acordei várias vezes na noite por causa do colchão. Paguei 220,00 a diária para duas pessoas tomarem banho de piscina e chuveiro, e mais o café da manhã.Para um Pet de 3 kilos, me cobraram segundo eles, um “ taxinha “ de 120,00. Não oferecerem nem um biscoito ou tapete higiênico para o Pet. Mesmo se dizendo Pet Friends. Pior experiência que tive na rede SKY. Não pretendo ir mais e vou relatar minha experiência a outras pessoas. A rede SKY quer abraçar todos os hotéis de Gramado, e não dão conta nem dos que já tem.
