The room has nothing to do with the photo in the ad. I chose the deluxe room and there is nothing deluxe. Terrible room, small, cramped, I called reception at 10pm to ask for service in the kitchen and they said they didn't have that time as the menu says until 12pm. I don't recommend it and I won't stay there again.

A porta do banheiro do quarto estava emperrada. Ja quando entrei no quarto no primeiro dia, informei a recepção. Saí a noite para que pudessem fazer a manutenção e quando voltei, continuava igual o problema. Achei que resolveriam no dia segunte mas não resolveram até o check out. O chão do quarto estava cheio de farelo de doritos no check in e após dois dias continuou lá até o check out. Além disto a piscina interna do hotel estava com o fundo cheio de areia. O isolamento acústico do quarto éra horrivel, pois cada vez que um hospede entrava ou saia de um quarto parecia que estavam no nosso quarto. E para finalizar a má experiencia um vendedor nos abordou na saida do café para oferecer uma cortesia, disse que se tivessemos tempo nos levaria para conhecer o novo empreendimento do grupo e que teria comes e bebes. Dissemos que tentariamos chegar a tempo mas não poderiamos garantir pois estavamos com crianças e ja tinhamos programação. No check out ele insistiu que deveriamos ir no evento e dissemos que não poderiamos pois ja estavamos indo embora. Naquele momento ele ameaçou nos cobrar o valor da cortesia pois ele ja havia reservado para nos e que triamos que pagar. Esta foi a gota d'água. Não voltaremos mais em nenhum hotel do grupo Sky.

Cortina sem blackout, ou seja, muita claridade da manhã entrando e a que tinha estava suja. Piso do box quebrado trazendo risco de ferimentos, além de não escoar a água para o ralo. Assento do vaso com arranhoes e sujeira. Frigobar sujo, com manchas vermelhas e muito gelo. Cabelos pelo quarto. Lençol manchado de sangue. E camareira batendo na porta insistentemente às 9h, perguntando se queriamos que limpasse o quarto.

Hotel bom, mas de difícil acesso

O hotel é bonito, com um café da manhã maravilhoso e um atendimento muito bom. O ponto negativo é a localização, pois é longe da avenida e você depende sempre de táxi para se dislocar. Deveria ter um transporte para o centro, em alguns horários, pois muitos turistas não vão de carro.
