Our home has three levels with plentiful windows and excellent views of mountains and valleys. The Great Room with vast windows opens to the dining area. After a day of skiing, boating or exploring; relax and enjoy your favorite movie on the 60" flat screen TV in the Great Room. Unwind and savor your favorite coffee experience with our Keurig coffee maker. Don't forget to bring your preferred coffee pods to enjoy a personalized brew during your stay. The Master Suite is on the main floor with a King Size Bed with its own deck to enjoy the mountain views and your morning coffee. There are 2 bedrooms and a loft on the upper level. Queen Size bed in one bedroom; 2 bunk beds in the other (both twin over full); 2 twin beds in the loft. The balcony on the upper level looks down below to the great room with 2 stories of windows which provide fabulous mountain views. The lower level has a 60" flat screen TV, Foosball / Air Hockey Table, a sectional with a full pull-out sofa bed (cool gel memory foam mattress), a full size futon and an Ottoman that turns into a Twin Bed.

HOA rules and regulations: Trailers, campers, RV’s, boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in driveway overnight. ATV’s, dirt bikes, snow mobiles and any other off road motorized vehicles may not be driven on community roads or properties. No loud outdoor noise between 10 pm to 8 am daily. Outdoor lights should be turned off by 10 pm. Guests must adhere to all county fire bans. Fireworks are NEVER permitted.
