Finish the evening with a drink around the warm glow of the fire pit as the stars fill the sky or relax in your own private hot tub. Home offers full, well-stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer, one-car attached garage (will fit standard to large size SUV), plus one driveway parking spot, indoor fireplace, comfortable living area, free Wi-Fi, satellite DirecTV, main floor master with attached bath, spacious game room with foosball table plus plenty of room for your family. Also includes outdoor fire-pit, seating area and private hot tub.

Absolutely no smoking, marijuana or drugs in the house. Pets are NOT allowed on property without prior approval from owner (dogs only, maximum of two) and payment of mandatory $100/dog cleaning fee.

Home is less than one mile by car to Base Camp of Granby Ranch.

Local Area:
Granby Ranch is three miles from McDonald's, Subway, Domino's Pizza, a liquor store, grocery store with pharmacy, and Starbucks. The town of Granby is five miles from the house which offers other local stores, restaurants, banking, and activities. Devil's Thumb Ranch is a short 15-mile drive, Hot Sulphur Springs is 15 miles, Winter Park and Grand Lake are both 20-mile drives, and the west/Grand Lake entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is 23 miles from our house. All these areas offer year-round activities such as horse rides, hiking, shopping, dining, golfing, fishing, snowmobiling, skiing, cross country skiing, tubing, and many other tourist activities.

Guest Access:
The entire house, attached single-car garage (can fit mid to large SUV) and patio areas are yours to use. House is mere steps from Kicking Horse ski lift and ski run which connects easily over to main ski area. Only a couple of minutes by car to the main ski area.

Fully stocked house, great location.

Just 10 steps off of Kicking Horse ski lift! The kitchen was FULLY stocked with anything we could have needed - crockpot, blender, single serve coffee maker, standard pot coffee maker, and even extra kitchen towels and dishcloths!

Wonderful home with a great ski-in ski-out location

We had a wonderful stay at this home located just off of the Kicking Horse lift at Granby Ranch. This is a true ski-in ski-out property with direct access to the slopes. The home was clean and all things in good working order. The owner was very responsive before and during our stay. We will be back for another stay soon. I highly recommend!

Fantastic place for a summer get-away

We really enjoyed our stay at this Granby house. The house was charming and the hosts had added many thoughtful touches to really make the place feel like home. The kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs. We enjoyed spending time on the deck as well as on the lower level with the hot tub and fire pit. The toy closet kept the kiddies entertained the entire week! Lots to explore and do in the area as well! We had a great time here.

Best place to stay!!

This is the best place we have stayed at Granby! It was a great house that had everything we needed. It was so close to the ski lift and so easy to get to the main lodge. The host was so helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great house with ski in and ski out

This house was perfect for our family. We have skiers of all levels and the ski in and ski out was very nice to have. The bedroom setup was great. The hot tub was very nice to have after a ski day. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and cookware we needed for our meals. Overall, very nice house with everything we desired for the week.

This house is true sky-in/ski-out. Right next to the ski lift. The house is very comfortable with everything you need provided. Communication with the hosts was easy and they were very responsive to our questions and needs. Highly recommend!!

Great place!

Brad and Rebecca were great to work with. They allowed us to bring our two dogs for a reasonable fee. They answered all of our questions very quickly. Place was clean and very well stocked. Very enjoyable stay.

This is the absolute best place to stay with tweens and preteens!! They have the freedom to enjoy the slope while you keep a watchful eye from the hot tub, living room or patio! The space and area are amazing!!!

Incredible Stay!

We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! From the location, to the cleanliness, to the space, everything was exactly what we needed. Our kiddos were able to ski right off the front porch, down to the Kicking Horse lift, then take it up to the top to get down to the main lift. They came in at lunch & didn’t come back till the lifts were closed. The beds were so comfortable & we loved soaking in the hot tub after a long day. The hosts were amazing & communicated so well! They also left so many amenities in the house to use, which we’ve never had at any other VRBO! Definitely our favorite stay in Granby!

Amazing Location

This is a beautiful home right on the ski slope. We had a house full, three generations. It is a very well stocked home...plenty of towels and the kitchen has every thing you need. There are games, books and toys for the younger kiddos. The owners and caretaker of the home were in touch and communicated throughout our stay. Would definitely return.

Loved this house!!!

This was the best place we have stayed in! The house is great, spacious, and beautifully furnished. It is a true ski in & ski out. You can watch people ski from the window. Thanksgiving getaway

We had such a lovely time! Very clean, tons of space for our family of 5 to spread out. This was the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in, from bandaids to puzzles they hosts provided it all. The location was fantastic, 20 minutes from just about anything you want to do. Rocky Mountain national park, winter park, hot springs,. Would love to come back and check out the granby ranch ski area, since it wasn’t open yet. This house is literally on one of the chairlifts, I would love to sit in the hot tub and watch skiers. Will definitely stay here again

Best Rental Property

I have stayed at a few rentals before and this one blew them all out of the water. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, and fun things to do. It was incredibly clean. It’s clear the owners really care about the quality of the home and the experience of the renters.

Granby ski vacation
