Flagstaff days inn

Got to the hotel and they didn’t have the reservation and the front desk lady wanted to charge my card again because her system wasn’t updated with our reservation yet. Then they had to cancel and redo it and charge me again in the end anyway.20-25 mins in the lobby and my wife and kids all waiting I. The lobby as it was cold at night already and we were just trying to stop on the way because it started snowing.

Amazing service. Sink was clogged and they immediately moved us to a room adjacent which was even an upgrade for the inconvenience. Stuff happens but they made it right. Will definitely be staying there again.

First and foremost, I have no idea how this hotel has a 9 score! When we checked in we were switched from our original room to a ground level room because of our service dog. Which was fine. The first thing we did was drop our bags off to go eat. When we came back I used the restroom first. There was hair on the bathroom floor and, the room was noisy because of the parking lot. We asked to be moved and they did without an issue. Well, this room was dirty and dilapidated. There were fixtures falling off the walls, tile that needed a good scrubbing, furniture that was damaged, etc. To top it off there were a group that had several rooms with lots of older kids. They came in and out of each room most of the night. They slammed their doors every time. We paid $10 more the night before at a different hotel, which was beautiful, clean, quiet and, comfortable. I give this place an F. I give the staff an A.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area was overwhelmed with people each time we tried to eat and it was obvious that the hotel was very full.
