Our room was not clean and there were dirt left all over the floor. When we reported the incident to manager she was rude and just said do you want to change the room. Later in the evening I was excited to have my kids play in the game room but unfortunately they rent that area for private parties. Big disappointment as that was the main reason I even booked the room. Same manager again was extremely rude and said to me, it is what it is. People rent out rooms in this hotel for parties. In that case, don’t advertise that as part of guest experience when it’s not available. Manager h isn’t friendly at all.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms have been renovated and decorated with charm. The bathroom floor could have been a little cleaner. We stayed in a second floor room. The heater works well but when it cycles on and off the temperature in the room fluctuates. We loved the energy and vibe particularly in the bar/restaurant area. The employees were friendly. We will stay again at HCML.

An absolute pleasurable experience.
Our family had a VERY comfortable stay. WELL DONE to the entire staff! Clean, nicely decorated rooms and excellent service. We had an issue with the mini-fridge and hotel maintenance happily resolved it in record-breaking time lol! Unfortunately, we did not have time to explore the amazing property and restaurant... next time! We will definitely be staying again and again and again...

I absolutely loved this property! It has a very central location to get to multiple areas of Flagstaff. Also, it has many places within walking distance to eat and shop. The whole property has a very cool hipster vibe. The lobby/bar/restaurant area is very inviting and a great place to hang out! In the warmer months it has an amazing pool/hot tub. It also offers a sauna/cold plunge experience for a fee which I did and it was amazing! I would recommend this hotel to couples and families. Great place to stay can’t wait to come back!
