We arrived at 9pm after driving for 14hrs…walked into the room and the entryway light cover was missing, exposing wires and lightbulb. Pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there were multiple hairs in the sheets. Received a text from LaQuinta asking if they could provide anything to make the stay more comfortable and we had just run out of toothpaste so I asked if there was any available and the reply said yes, swing by the front desk. I went downstairs and the front desk worker said they don’t sell that any more nor do they have any. Beds are uncomfortable. Can hear everything next door. Do not recommend.

The hotel was ok and the check in was a bit difficult. Other guests were super loud and inconsiderate and their kinds ran and screamed in the hallway and rooms from 11pm to 1-1:30am. We notified the staff but they didn’t do anything about it. May not stay there next time.

Stayed here to go on the Polar Express Train. Very close and convenient to the train station. The hotel was clean and the room was clean. Breakfast and coffee was good. The beds and pillows are terrible. Not comfortable at all.
