They photocopy your ID and the ID of anyone with you. In this age of identity theft and the fact that the previous 10 places we stayed at only required IDs to be viewed this seemed very dodgy. That being said the room was very nice except for the overwhelming smell of some type of cleaning fluid that took more than an hour to subside even with all the doors and windows open and the air conditioning going.

The property has been well updated. A train regularly runs nearby which could be nice or bad depending on how that affects your sleep. I tend to like the sound. Firm bed, mostly clean and well taken care of. Hot water, good AC, drains work well. I would repeat a stay for one or two night's travel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area. 11 minutes from the airport

The staff were friendly and efficient. The morning coffee in the lobby was good. The king size bed was comfortable. It served as a nice base from which to visit the Grand Canyon.

All of the motels along this road face the railroad. This motel was fine and no issues but all of these along this road are a little noisy because of the trains all day long.
