This was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. Pleasantly surprised. Room was clean & spacious, the full size hair products are an expensive name brand, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had was that parking was full so we had to walk all the way around to get in the building and no elevator for the 2nd floor. But not a deal breaker.

May I suggest that you replace the mattress in room 124. We could feel the springs all over. Since you don’t have a regular chair making guests seat on mattress all the time. I know it’s a handicap room. Raise the TV to eye level!
