Staff very friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable. In the two rooms booked each room had an issue with the bathroom. The toilet seat in the first room was broken and came off. In the second room the bathroom door (barn door style) could only be closed halfway.

Don't trust the 8.2 rating!
I wanted to see stay at this hotel because it's close to alot of places. The price was cheaper than other hotels in the area. I requested a handicap room, because my husband was recovering from a stay in the hospital. The first thing that was odd is that we were on the 5th floor, second to last room. This room was closer to the stairs then the elevator. I would think that handicap rooms would be the rooms closer to the elevator, especially if there is a wheelchair involve. The grab bars, for the toliet, were on both sides. My husband had to move his leg around the grab bar so he could use the toliet. Super inconvenient for larger people. The grab bars in the shower were superb!!! Our door was a crap shoot to get into to. I might get in the first time, but usually it took 5 to 7 times before the door would work. There is a small refrigerator but no microwave in the room. I suspect it's because they have a restaurant and they encourage you to eat there. I trusted the 8.2 rating for this hotel. I got duped and won't stay here again.

The staff were very friendly. The place was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that the back of the desk chair was very worn and we could not put our ice brick in the fridge freezer because it was so iced over.

Staff was friendly but that’s about the only positive I have. Our room was dirty and disgusting. Mold in the shower, hair in the sheets and the chair covering was peeling off. Bathroom door doesn’t lock and was damaged. Felt grimy. The hot tub was also out of order but after seeing the room I don’t think we would have used it.

When we first arrived the staff would not accommodate us with early check-in and they were extremely rude about it, while trying to unload our luggage we were being scalded and told to move by one of the shuttle drivers, the check in staff was extremely upset that there was music playing from someone's Bluetooth speaker and he got upset and yelled at someone for it, the bathroom/closet door was broken they did not fix it or accommodate us also the hot tub was blocked off and no mention of it at all, horrible place to stay i would definitely not recommend it.

It wasn’t a great experience. After bathroom door and AC weren’t working right, we let them know and they sent maintenance who was going to work on things. Then we discovered several things in the bathroom that made it clear it had t really been cleaned. We moved rooms which was better. But the outside entrance door near the new room was broken and not secure.

I had an unpleasant experience during my stay. When I pulled down the bedding, I discovered a large painted toenail in the bed, and the sheets did not smell fresh. This was a clear indication that the bed had not been properly cleaned, which was quite disturbing. In the morning, I went to the front desk to ensure my room would be serviced. The staff member I spoke to was unwelcoming and made me feel like I was a bother. He mentioned that I should have requested housekeeping the night before, though I was never informed of this at check-in. Despite confirming my room number and saying he would notify housekeeping, his demeanor gave me the distinct impression that he had no intention of following through. As I feared, my room was not cleaned or refreshed after my first night. Given the state of the sheets, I was especially looking forward to sleeping in a clean bed, which unfortunately did not happen. Additionally, the noise levels were unacceptable, with people running in the halls and partying between rooms at 2:00 a.m. The carpeting in the hallways is old, rundown, and in desperate need of replacement. Overall, I am very disappointed with my stay. I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others.

This hotel was in terrible condition a lot of amenities were very poor In fact a motel 6 is better and mentalities I would not stay again. They tried to come across as a nice fancy hotel but it's nowhere near that just a lot of issues
