Wow, exceptional place to stay! Great food and live entertainment just across the street. The person at the front desk was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was super!

Very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was bare minimum. The parking lot was a draw back. They let oversize vehicles park in the lot. We had to back out of the lot because the one way circle was blocked.

Staff was great, room was clean and better than expected, beds were comfortable. It is on a one way street, so it's a bit of a pain to get there. There are restaurants near by. Oh and they had the coolest halloween decor set up in the lobby, life size characters from nightmare before xmas. We grabbed breakfast to take in the car and only took oranges and yogurt, so I can't speak to the rest of it. The basement door wasn't locked as it said it would be when we arrived but we went out after and it was locked when we came back. There was a guy wandering around that door when we first got there that made us uneasy, but he was gone when we came back and we had no problems for the rest of our stay.

Really nice remodel! 5 stars all around!
Rooms are updated really nicely and have a fresh, chic new feel to them! Plentiful parking, and we're in the area around Halloween every year and they always have some nice Halloween decorations in the lobby :)

Solid choice for Grants Pass
Second time staying here. Comfortable rooms, and convenient to a few places to eat/drink. Walking distance to In N Out, so that is a plus! Will stay here again, if price is right.

This is a clean and well run overnight stay budget hotel/motel. Dog friendly, comfortable, spacious and clean rooms - a bit spartan, but a restful night’s sleep on a road trip.

The room was very clean, the staff I met friendly, but there was no hot water to bathe, no microwave to heat anything and the provided breakfast was cheerios oatmeal. Not quite the industry standard. I would definitely pass on staying here again.
