Neglected property. Extremely gross pee smell from dog/cat. Very dirty. Lots of thing s in non working order.I felt they should pay me for having to bear such an atrocity.UGH!!

Very basic room with a comfortable bed. The property is nicely landscaped with pleasant hiking trails. The train ride to the train museum is an enjoyable experience for all ages.

Complex was situated well away from main drag, quiet enough and walkable but 1 mile, which made driving the usual choice which was more challenging due to the limited parking in town. Wifi had no password but also said ‘no internet’ for most of our time there, so no schoolwork studying possible. Staff shrugged. Bedsprings were very palpable and painful at times. Room divider and limited kitchenette was nice to create ‘studio suite’ but very basic and had not been updated in a while. Sensitive plumbing warnings were posted along with promises to charge for any mishaps, and made squealing noises when used. We will choose closer to town charms and pay more next time.

Was fine. Spacious. Outdated though.
We had a chalet and it was fine. Desperately needs updating. Old torn and stained carpet. But unit was clean and comfortable and safe. The property is a bit run down overall and the chalet/cabin itself could’ve used a few good Home Depot runs.

Just know they don’t allow early check ins without paying $25. Arrived 2 hrs early and understandably, room not ready. Got a call saying room was ready for a $25 fee if we were to check in then. We declined. Called at 2:30 to see if we could check in without a fee, though room was ready, they still demanded a $25 early check in fee. Ended up not checking in till later in the evening after our event.

They drained the pool.
We booked this room thinking there was a pool. The listing showed there'd be a pool. We were a bit hot and hangry, looking forward to a swim in their wonderfully cool and wet pool. She did not bat an eye when i asked for a room down by the pool. We'd over look the rusty shower valve, if only there was a pool. We'd make due with the lumpy bed and pillow, if only there was a pool. We'd ignore the missing window slats, if only there was a pool. We'd make due without a decent blanket, if only there was a pool. Alas, there was no pool. This isn't cool.

it’s completely foul.
please was disgusting. don’t let the beautiful pictures fool you. no blinds, curtains, nasty underwear and trash under the beds. it smells terrible. everyone smokes weed/cigarettes right outside their rooms. 0/10

Unfortunately I was given an unfinished room in an unfinished building so the rating is not rleated to the standard quality of this motel. Two stars would have been a more suitable grade for the room but I judged the poor decision of the management to assign an unfinished room at full price. I selected this place based on the photos and evaluation of other guests which didn’t apply to my room. A few positive thinks, silence ( I was by myself in this part of the building : ), new floor, hot water and sympathetic front desk. Photos available
