We’ve stayed here before and had excellent service but this time it felt like it was lacking. It was zero degrees out, we were staying for two nights and the TV didn’t work. Normally you can walk around town but with it being freezing outside we liked the option of watching a movie in our room. We went to the front desk for help, no one followed up so had to call twice after to again follow up and hours later were told we could change rooms (after we had unpacked and had moved into our room). Since we had No tv the entire first day we were there and half the following day, and had to repack and change rooms, we thought we might be offered a credit of sorts as a customer service for the inconvenience but instead my husband had to ask. We were told we were getting a nicer room, which we literally had a handful of hours to enjoy as we were checking out in the morning. Finally, the desk clerk said she’d check with the manager. The mgr gave us 2 breakfast credits, but my main complaint is that my husband had to ask, instead of being offered and how long it took to get back to us regarding the issue.
