The room, and apparently many other rooms, did not have AC or heat or a curtain protecting the occupant from outsiders looking in on the room. The norm for the property, apparently, is to have various rooms without AC/heat and simply charge slightly less. This almost certainly violates the implied warranty of habitability (Regardless of consent of occupants).

The cold wet night
Omgish not even 5 minutes being in the room the heat did not work someone with a key walked in the room without me knowing the place flooded from the shower to the front door gotten all my clothes etc wet after leaving I had to wash and replace most of everything i came with.

The room was dirty when we first entered the room my husband had to clean the tub and all out first .. it had roaches and li bugs crawling around I didn’t even stay overnight I left before it was daytime because I couldn’t sleep there

Was not the room that was booked for me had to take the room they gave me. Missing cabinet doors holes in wall; microwave dishwasher did not work big stain with deep scratches on floor. I could go on but no use.Will not stay there again!!.

Horrible place to stay
This place was very unprofessional, the supervisor was not in appropriate uniform her attitude was horrible, the room smelt like animals could get the smell out, it was roach infested, dirty floor and shower, walls were stained and dirty, residents that live out there was fighting, dogs using the bathroom anywhere on the premises and alot more bad stuff.
