I ended up staying 2 nights w/ extended check out time which was extra $25.00. Coffee supplies were scant. Only 2 washcloths- had to request more as well as extra trashbags, wash cloths, toilet paper. I checked w/ front desk the night before checkout about paying for extended check out time. I asked if he wanted me to pay those fees then? “NO” he replied- you can do tomorrow. THAT was a problem. Housekeeping came by next am, didn’t know I had extended check out time. Went to desk, there was no recording of me requesting later check out time. I probably will NOT stay there for future visits.

There was a hallway disturbance and 2 gunshots outside of my door. Police came and cordoned off the hall and elevator. Management never called the rooms to notify what had happenned and if things were resolved and safe. There was no acknowledging or apology for the environment in the morning.

Room was comfortable. First room the television didn't work. Second room smelled like smoke. The common areas work pretty dirty. Cigarette butts in the elevator etc. Breakfast was a disaster. Just filthy. And most of the products were out.No orange juice, no coffee cups, no biscuits for the gravy, no syrup, no potatoes, no salt or pepper. Trash cans were overflowing breakfast even though it wasn't busy. Carpets in the main area were stained or dirty in the hallways. Some weird activity going on in the rooms across the hall, with extension cords running back and forth between the rooms. Park had not made me a little nervous around the side of the building, and my key wouldn't work to let me in the side door. Got a new room and a new key, and it wouldn't work on the side door either. Had to walk all the way around the building

A decent place for a great price
I visit my sister 2 to 3 times a year. I use this hotel every time. It is consistent. A decent place for a great price. The breakfast is certainly a bonus with the bacon, sausage and eggs. Nice job on that.

Awful experience
We were not able to stay. Pulled up to 15 police cars including forensics unit and crime scene unit. Went in to check in and the room we booked wasn't available. Was told to contact hotels.com for a refund
