What I expected for the low price. Clean and comfortable. Cordial staff. No problems. Would book again. Had no previous knowledge of the $25 fee for one pet dog but was okay with it.

Overall it was more than fine stay for a night. The facilities were decent and the rooms were nice and comfortable. I am still waiting for my deposit of $150 to be refunded which has been over a week now and when I tried to phone the hotel to enquire, I found the phone number to have been disconnected. If there is an alternative number or email for me to contact then this would be adequate otherwise I will have to go through the bank which will just be not worth the hassle of a one night stay.

The only part of this state that we did not like was the fact that there was no bathtub in the room it was only a shower stall but the room was great will stay again

Not my best stay
I was shocked to find the hotel charged my card an extra $150 to check in, refunded (supposedly) at checkout. Not a hold - an actual charge. Hotel had an unsafe feel already, this did not help. Breakfast area under construction. The halls and stairwells are not clean, entrance door was propped open after 9pm and my room was tired looking and smelled like cat. The bed was clean and shower clean but I did not feel the same about the toilet. The kitchen did not come with any amenities like dishes, pots or silverware. There was no signage on how to get it. Thanks to the gal in the am who got me hot water - it was appreciated.

The sheets were dirty and had stains on them. There were stains on the pillows also. There was a toenail in a drawer.

everything was very clean in our room. The beds were super comfy. Right in the middle of everything so it was super easy to get places! getting downtown took no time. staff was very friendly. i would stay here again

dirty carpet throughout. Smelled like pee in our hallway. both rooms smelled like smoke. Had to change rooms due to broken door lock. noisy upstairs occupants. 2 am , 4 am both nights. Guy tried to collect pet deposit after accepting reservation containing the pet notice and running my card for over 300.00. we will not return. sketchy. They dont have it together over there.

I’m sure once the renovations are done it will be nicer, but it’s showing its age right now. The lone person at the check-in desk was obviously doing two jobs at once as well, which slowed the process down
