Wonderful stay!
The hotel was wonderful. The staff were very friendly as super helpful, as this was our first time visiting the area. Our only compliant would be that the shower head drips onto the metal below and it makes a lot of noise. We will stay again!

I had to make changes to my trip due to delays getting back from Mexico on a recent trip. I called Fairfield to advise that I would not be able to use the hotel and would like to cancel my stay. I was informed that the booking was under expedia. I was in the fairfield website when I made the reservation. Fairfield stated that they could cancel the stay if I booked directly with them. Since the booking was through a 3rd party, I had to call expedia. The people at expedia were totally unwilling to cancel my stay and would not refund my money. I do a lot of travel and will make certain that in the future I will not use expedia. Extremely unhappy with this business practice. I was able to get full refund for car rental and airlines; hotel through Expedia would not cancel stay and refund money. I cancelled stay and did not use the room, but was charged for two nights.
