Overall I would recommend
Great hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Only complaint would be noise does travel. We could hear tv and people next to us Not enough for us to complain.

Hotels.com charged me twice for this stay: paid with onekey money in full and again at the check in because hotels.com did not communicate the hotel my payment. I called hitwls,com twice but the customer service reps were not able to solve it. The last agent opened a case. I will not follow up. Will wait 48 hrs, dispute the credit card charge, cancel my decade loyalty with hotels.com and place reviews in every media channel. By the way, my hikton honnirs could not prevent nor fix this problem either.

They Gave Our Room Away.
The hotel clerk gave our room to someone else since we arrived late. The manager assigned us to the last room available- when we went into the room a man was laying in the bed. I’m glad he didn’t shot us. After a 15 minute wait we were given a room at a nearby hotel. What a mess.

Stay here, travelers! I stayed in Spartanburg last year and, although nice, the other hotel was nothing compared to this place. The property is clean and well-maintained. On walking through the front doors, we found the area to be inviting and comfortable. The front desk people are so friendly. We were even very cheerfully greeted on our return from the event we attended. I was so impressed! The room was incredibly spacious and very clean. We were both in awe. I’ve stayed at the Crowne and it’s got nothing on this place! Everything is cheerfully and tastefully decorated. Even the beds were comfy! I will return for an event in 2025, just for the opportunity to enjoy more time at this lovely place. It was worth the drive from NC. I look forward to seeing you again soon! TTFN! ✌️
