We got there after driving 10 hrs checked in they said there was no water. We could not take a shower or go to the bath room. We went to a restaurant not looking good and very clean ate so we could go to the bath room. Got back about 9 still no water. Can not believe they charge full price that day? That is not right.

If the check out is at 11, the cleaning people were at 8:30am on the rooms right next to me. I’m trying to sleep in but no good. I completely understand they want to take any opportunity but come on.
