Pleasant stay throughout..... the staff at the hotel are very attentive. Nothing too much trouble. Chinese breakfast is a little different and after a while choice is limited. Overall an excellent stay and would stay again if required.....

We really liked the hotel Service for canton fair was fantastic The shuttle bus was on time and easy. Metro is just a 10 minutes walk There is a mall 5 minutes by taxi where could grab some halal chinese food The hotel was relaxing after a day tiring work There is shuttle bus for airport very easy

The Emerald
Although the Hotel is located a bit far from the City Center, it is certainly worth the ride. It is embedded in the heart of a lush, rich, green science city like an emerald! Not far is a beautiful small lake which makes a picaresque background. Overall service & quality all is very appreciable!

Awesome Experience
I had a horrific time getting to the hotel, so I got in at 11 at night. There were no king beds, so the hotel gave me the suite for a free upgrade. What a stay! It was sheer luxury on a large scale. The gym, pool, and sauna were a treat as well. Very kind staff and helpful with taxis as the location is far from the city. Clean, quiet rooms with a lovely lobby smell of faint floral sweetness. Just awesome!

Hotel bueno, pero bar muy malo
El hotel es cómodo, el servicio de la recepción fue muy rápido y entienden bastante inglés, El servicio en el bar es pésimo no tenían las cervezas que decía la carta y solo tienen algunas cervezas frías. El hotel no se encuentra en una zona comercial.

Pessimo per un Holiday Inn, personale scadente
Nessuno sapeva parlare inglese!! Alla reception, di un hotel internazionale, nessuno che sappia parlare inglese. Vi sembra normale? Ho prenotato all'Holiday Inn, non alla prima bettola supereconomica. Il wi fi non funziona coll'accesso standard (numero stanza e cognome) ma solo se ti mettono loro una password segreta, che quindi devi chiedere che ti inseriscano con un traduttore scendendo di nuovo in reception. Ho chiesto se era possibile prenotare un taxi per l'aeroporto l'indomani mattina, mi hanno risposto che non offrono servizio taxi, bastava chiamarlo per me !!!! Me lo sono dovuto prenotare io dalle app locali. Hotel e stanza normale, ma in generale camera al di sotto dello standard della catena. Ma servizio dal personale pessimo.
